Workshop ad for "So You Want to Start a Nonprofit?"

Got an idea to improve your neighborhood or beyond? A nonprofit organization is the perfect tool to get some kinds of work done…and a bad fit for many other projects. In this workshop you will learn:

  • How to decide whether the nonprofit form makes sense for your project;
  • The key role of a nonprofit’s board – and how to start building it;
  • The special role of the founder; and
  • Questions you’ll need to answer to get funding and build your board.
