Diving into Bylaws & Conflicts of Interest

Thursday, September 28
6:00 – 7:30 PM EST

In this workshop, learn what you need in your bylaws and how to handle conflicts of interest for your board members and other key individuals for your organization.

  • Delve into bylaws, which are ground rules about WHO gets to make decisions, HOW to make decisions, how to convey information, and who acts/speaks on behalf of your organization.
  • We’ll discuss Conflicts of Interest – what potential conflicts are, disclosing them, and then following appropriate procedures to discuss and vote on them.
