Proposed Rules and Regulations – Liquor Licenses and Adult Entertainment

On November 19, 2015, the Board of Liquor License Commissioners for Baltimore City held its first hearing on the Rules Committee’s Proposed Rules and Regulations for liquor licenses and adult entertainment.

Below is the video from the November 19 hearing. The 11:00am session, in which the rules were discussed, runs from the beginning of the video to about 39:00.

The Board will hold a second public hearing to accept public comment and feedback on the rules on Thursday, December 3, 2015, at 4:00pm.
