Liquor Board Rules and Regulations Proposed Update.

The Board of Liquor License Commissioners’ Rules and Regulations Committee has submitted the final version of its proposed rules and regulations to the Board for the commissioners’ review.

The final proposed Rules and Regulations for Alcoholic Beverages Licenses can be found here.

The final proposed Rules and Regulations for Adult Entertaiment Licenses can be found here.

The Board will hold a public hearing to solicit feedback on these rules on November 19, 2015, at 11:00am, in Room 215 at City Hall, before its normal 1:00pm docket.
